Maple syrup, crafted to be remembered. Produced in small batches with uncompromising attention to detail, our syrup is made using sustainable practices that honour both the land and the craft. Each batch is carefully tasted and approved before bottling, ensuring a depth of flavour and quality we are proud to put our name on.

Inspired by our small-town roots, we believe true luxury lies in integrity, tradition, and care. We are committed not only to exceptional maple syrup, but to making a meaningful contribution to the community we proudly call home.

Sustainability

We are entering our second year of pursuing Organic certification with Ecocert Canada.

But isn’t all Maple Syrup organic?”

NO - While maple syrup is often assumed to be organic by nature,

True certification requires rigorous, third-party verification.

Ecocert audits our practices to ensure full compliance with organic standards, including:

• Responsible and sustainable tapping methods
• Biodiversity and long-term forest stewardship
• No synthetic pesticides or chemical cleaning agents
• Syrup free from adulteration

This certification provides assurance that our commitment to

purity, sustainability, and integrity is not assumed—it is proven.

Quality

We blend modern precision with time-honoured tradition to create maple syrup of exceptional quality. Our sap is gathered through an advanced vacuum and tubing system, ensuring purity and efficiency from forest to sugarhouse. A reverse osmosis process concentrates the sap by removing any excess water, reducing energy use while preserving its natural character and minimizing our environmental footprint.

Where we remain intentionally traditional is at the heart of the craft. Each batch is slow-boiled over a wood-fired evaporator, a intentional choice that encourages natural caramelization and subtle smokiness—layers of flavour that modern equipment simply cannot replicate.

Our syrup is proudly produced on the rocky Bruce Peninsula. The region’s dolomitic limestone terroir enriches the soil with essential minerals, nourishing our sugar maples and imparting a distinctive, place-driven flavour profile that is unmistakably our own.

Community

This year, we were honoured to donate maple syrup to the Tobermory Health Auxiliary Services Pancake Breakfast. As our business grows, so does our commitment to supporting the community that supports us.

Our owner and co-founder, Rob Anderson, also serves as a volunteer firefighter with the Northern Bruce Peninsula Fire Department—reflecting our belief that craftsmanship, responsibility, and community go hand in hand.
