Dark maple syrup is produced late in the sugaring season, when natural changes in the sap create a richer colour and more concentrated maple character. The flavour is bold and complex, with warm notes of caramel and toasted sugar—favoured by chefs and makers for its depth and intensity.

Rich and refined in flavour, our Amber maple syrup is drawn from early-season sap runs, when the maple character is at its most balanced. Naturally golden in colour, it offers a smooth, rounded sweetness reminiscent of classic maple syrup, with a clean, lingering finish that makes it endlessly versatile and traditional.
Our cat ‘Buckets’ is as not happy we are sold out. We look forward to the next maple season to produce more!
