Located on the stunning Bruce Peninsula, our maple trees draw natural minerals from the region’s limestone bedrock, imparting a rich, distinctive depth of flavour. Our traditional wood-fired cooking process enhances this character, producing a beautifully golden syrup with natural caramelized notes. In addition to our pure maple syrup, we offer a curated selection of naturally flavoured varieties, including our signature whisky barrel-aged maple syrup.

While Braeburn Maple Syrup is undeniably perfect on pancakes, we love breaking a few breakfast rules. A splash in your morning coffee, a sneaky swirl into chilli for a touch of sweet heat, drizzled into salad dressings, brushed over salmon, or folded into a rich maple frosting—it does it all. It’s also a natural stand-in for processed sugars in baking. And if your favourite way is straight from the bottle… we won’t tell.
